eServiceKU uses Sarawak ID. In order to use eServiceKU, click "Add Service" button for "DBKU eServiceKU". If you don't have a Sarawak ID account, click "Sarawak ID Login" button on the portal?s home page to register a new account.

Sign into eserviceKU, click the panels on the dashboard and add the bills you wants to pay. After adding all the bills you want, click on the cart icon on the top right and you will redirected to a summary page. Verify all the bills, click on the 'Check Out' button and you will be redirected to a payment gateway. in which you will select the payment channels you wish to use to make your payments.
